Breathing Exercise
This month's breathing exercise is very easy to do. The difficult part comes in simply remembering to do it throughout your day.

Right now, become aware of your breathing.

Make your next inhalation long and deep.

Pause before you breathe out.

Make your exhalation slow and complete.

Pause.

Repeat.

on a more serious note...i don't think i breathed all day...is this cause for concern? hmmmmm.
