Body Break #5

here is a breathing exercise which is easy to do. The difficult part comes in simply remembering to do it throughout your day.
Breathe and Smile
Slowly breathe in. Breathe out for twice as long. Smile.
{Do this every time you start or complete something...whether its finishing a cup of coffee or wrapping a present.
