I am on the 2nd half of my "golden" decade, so
i have found that to keep up with
life and the high demands of my career,
my attention, memory, flexibility, and problem solving
has to be exercised alot and I mean training with brain profile games such as
in the last 3 months I have had
to play some challenging fun computer games
it only takes 10-15 minutes a day (or less if you are really speedy)
my BPI is now in the 73rd percentile compared to 50 - 59 yr olds,
now, it has really improved alot and I have played consistently 5 - 7 days a week
it pops up 5 games to play daily
did you know?....
singing is wonderful for attention and focus, and memory
watching the conductor, shifting higher to lower notes,
following all these symbols and characters with different font types on a sheet of paper or from
a music book, it is challenging...and your respiratory system gets
a boost from excercising your vocals!
p.s. (can you find me in this pic???)
just saying this all works for me!
happy snowy weekend to you.
